Music falls under their label, Monster Siren Records. Fan Content Policy: The developers allow individuals and non-profit groups to make fan art, cosplay, and small non-commercial merchandise without legal trouble. Commercial mass production or profit-driven ventures violate their copyright.Third-Party Infringement: Hypergryph actively protects its IP, taking legal action or issuing takedowns against commercial entities or promotional material that plagiarizes game assets or animations.
YOSTAR (HONG KONG) LIMITED (“Yostar” or “we”) established this Terms and Conditions of Re-creation to enable more users to become familiar with Arknights (herein after referred to as “Arknights” or “game”).
Re-creation refers to the new work created based on material in the game by ways such as modifying, imitating, adapting or deducing the original work, that is, a derivative work.
If you act fully in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, there is no need as contact us regarding the usage of the derivative work.

★Re-creation Author★
If you are an individual or a non-profit organization, you can re-create and publish works, such as derivative works and digital works, etc., based on the content of the game for the purposes of “non-profit, non-commercial” and “promote the distribution of the game” as defined in these Terms and Conditions.
If you want to re-create content beyond the scope of these Terms and Conditions, or if you are a company or an organization with legal personality, please contact us in advance.
★Definition of Non-profit and Non-commercial Use★
An individual or an organization re-creates works based on the content of the game for non-profit, non-commercial purposes and promoting the distribution of the game. The individual or the organization shall prepare the tools that are needed for the re-creation, publication and distribution and cover all the expense.
★Examples of Non-profit Use by Individual or Non-profit Organization★
・Illustrations and the production and distribution of dolls and cardboard cut-outs;
・The creation, publication and distribution of derivative works;
・The production, display and distribution of role-playing costumes;
・The distribution, display, and screening of role-playing photos and videos on the Internet.
★Prohibited Matters of Re-creation★
You are not allowed to:
• use derivative works for profit or other commercial purposes;
• deviate or ruin the image of the game;
• use derivative works in ways such as illegible or against public orders and social ethics;
• create derivative works that contain drugs, alcohol, politics, gambling, racism, hatred, terrorism, extremism, pornography or any other obscene or objectionable content;
• create derivative works that contain no original or few original content, such as directly using in-game material (such as illustrations, videos, audio, music, etc.) for copying, scanning, sampling, tracking, etc.;
• deceive Yostar or game users;
• violate or potentially violate the rights of others;
• potentially mislead others to believe that the derivative work is launched by Yostar;
• conduct other actions in re-creation deemed inappropriate by Yostar.
★Copyright Notice of Derivative Works★
When publishing or distributing a derivative work, you should indicate in the appropriate place that the work is derived from Arknights and is prohibited for commercial use.
★Re-creation Authors’Liabilities★
If you re-create work beyond the scope of these Terms and Conditions, or conduct any actions listed in “Prohibited Matters of Re-creation”, Yostar has the right to pursue your legal liability and claim compensation for Yostar’s loss.
If your derivative work violates the rights of a third party, you should resolve such disputes by yourself and bear the corresponding legal liabilities.
Yostar reserves the right to amend the content of these Terms and Conditions without further notice to you. Yostar is not responsible for any loss caused to you by the amendment of these Terms and Conditions.
