La Pluma skill explanation (on SL7 M3):
# S1 – Rapid Slashing
The ATK of next attack increases to 165%, attacking twice consecutively.
# S2 – Reap
Attack Interval reduces greatly, ATK +70%. ATK increases by an additional +50% against enemies with less than 50% HP
* This Skill modifies the Attack Interval by -0.5
