1st Talent (Elite 2):
Has a 30% chance to increase the ATK of the current attack to 150% when attacking. While deployed, when an enemy in the adjacent 4 tiles to a [Glasgow] Operator is defeated, increases ATK by an additional 5% (stacks up to 240%)

2nd Talent (Elite 2):
In Chapter 11 [Return to Mist], HP +20%, and each attack restores self HP by 20% of the damage dealt

1st Skill (Level 7):
Reduces the next Physical damage taken by 50% and the ATK of the next attack increases to 180% after activation

2nd Skill (Level 7):
ATK +28%, attacks become double strikes, and the Talent activation chance increases to 50%
